seraphynoxel started when I noticed something frustrating while working on construction projects. What started as a local solution was proving useful across different regions and project types. We realized we were onto something bigger than just another budgeting tool.

Before seraphynoxel, I spent eight years managing budgets for everything from small office renovations to large infrastructure projects. The same problems kept showing up: teams would start with good intentions and solid plans, but somewhere along the way, costs would spiral. I realized the issue wasn't the people or even the projects – it was the tools and processes we were using. seraphynoxel grew out of that frustration and the belief that project budget management could be both sophisticated and straightforward.
